Birth and Postpartum Services llc
Hi, I'm Jessica
Mom of 6, birth enthusiast, and someone who never had a village.
I’ve been through a mix in my journey - from a fast, med-free vaginal birth to 5 c-sections (each with it’s own set of challenges).
I’ve experienced infertility, went through IVF and embryo adoption, navigated through pregnancy loss, and faced challenges like gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, & NICU stays.
Through those experiences I’ve had moments where I felt completely unseen, unheard, and alone.
That’s why I do this.
I know that birth isn’t just about the moment the baby arrives - it’s about how you feel through it all. It’s about feeling understood, supported, and having someone in your corner who actually gets it.
It's time to create a safe space of support for our generation of mothers.
If you’re here, you’re probably looking for that kind of support.
Whether it’s pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or navigating all the emotions that come with it, I’m here.
This is your hive.

Nurturing Necessity
Care rooted in compassion, tradition, and truth
Whether you are holding your baby in your arms or in your heart - your postpartum needs matter.
I offer support for all journey's - because no matter what your experience looks like, you deserve to be cared for.
This season can feel disorienting - like your body, heart, and mind are all in different places, and the world around just keeps spinning. While everyone else carries on with the day to day, you're still trying to catch your breath, find your footing, and make sense of your new normal.
In cultures around the world, the first 40 days after birth - often called the fourth trimester - are honored as a sacred time of healing, bonding, and rest. Mothers are nurtured, fed, held, and protected, so they can focus on recovering and being fully present in their experience.
In our current culture, those practices are often dismissed or undervalued - leaving so many mothers without the support they truly need.
Modern research is catching up to what traditional cultures have always known: when mothers are well-supported during the postpartum period, their mental and physical health outcomes improve - and so do their babies'. Studies show that postpartum care reduces the risk of depression and anxiety, supports hormonal regulation, improves breastfeeding outcomes, and strengthens parent-infant bonding.

Jessica is the kind of person whose presence brings comfort and peace. She gives of herself freely--whether it is her time, her energy, or simply a hug when it's needed most.
What made my experience even more special was her intuition. She always seemed to know when something was wrong, even when no words were spoken. Her ability to understand and uplift is a gift. She doesn't just care--she connects.

Our experience with Jessica was truly amazing! We loved both the session and photos. Her presence is warm, calming, and natural-whether she's supporting as a doula or capturing life's moments behind the camera. We're grateful for the memories she's helped us preserve.

Jessica was by our side through the entire night as we welcomed the first baby of New Year's 2020! Her kindness and patience made the whole experience deeply personal and unforgettable.
